Products that fail after 30 days but within 100 days are covered under our warranty policy. Please file a warranty claim rather than a return request.

No, we cannot accept returns based on product effects, potency, or personal experience. Effects vary by individual based on tolerance, metabolism, and other factors.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days with photos of what you received vs. what you ordered. We’ll send the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect product.
