Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, Buzz Bars shipments are subject to strict age verification and geographic restrictions. All packages require adult signature (21+) confirmation upon delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where cannabis products are prohibited.

All orders undergo mandatory age and address verification. During this time, our compliance team confirms the shipping address is valid and located in an approved jurisdiction.

Processing & Packaging (24-48 hours)

Orders are processed during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). All packages are discreetly packaged with no external branding indicating contents.

Carrier Handoff & Tracking (Same Day)

Once shipped, tracking information is automatically emailed. Packages are transferred to our shipping partners for final delivery.

3. Mandatory Age Verification Process

ALL Buzz Bars deliveries require proof of age 21+ upon delivery. Our shipping partners are instructed to:

  • Verify government-issued photo ID showing recipient is 21+
  • Require signature confirmation from the person receiving the package
  • Refuse delivery if age cannot be verified
  • Make 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender

Failed delivery attempts due to age verification issues will result in return shipping fees and potential order cancellation with restocking fees.

5. International Shipping Limitations

Currently, Buzz Bars does not ship internationally due to:

  • Varying international cannabis laws and restrictions
  • Customs declaration complexities for cannabis products
  • Age verification compliance across borders
  • Potential legal liability for recipients

We only ship within the United States to approved states as listed above. Attempts to ship to international addresses will result in order cancellation and refund.

6. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

6.1 Failed Age Verification

If the delivery driver cannot verify the recipient is 21+, the package will not be delivered. Three attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Returned packages due to failed age verification are subject to:

  • $15 return processing fee
  • Refund of product cost minus shipping and fees
  • Potential account flagging for future orders

6.2 Incorrect/Missing Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at shipping@buzz-bars.com. Once a package is shipped, address changes may not be possible. Packages shipped to incorrect addresses:

  • May be returned to sender
  • Incur return shipping fees
  • Require additional shipping fees for re-delivery

6.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure location where someone 21+ is available
  • Using expedited shipping with more precise delivery windows
  • Requesting signature confirmation (standard on all orders)

7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

7.1 Return Shipping

For returns approved under our Warranty Policy, we provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for:

  • Packaging products securely for return
  • Dropping off at designated carrier locations
  • Ensuring returns are initiated within 30 days of delivery

7.2 Refund Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refund processing times:

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes, all Buzz Bars packages use plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding indicating the contents. The return address shows our corporate name, not “Buzz Bars.”

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, we cannot ship to PO boxes due to age verification requirements. We must ship to a physical address where someone 21+ can sign for delivery.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

The carrier will leave a notice and attempt delivery two more times. You can often reschedule delivery or pick up at a local facility with proper ID.

Do you ship on weekends?

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Carriers may deliver on Saturdays in some areas, but this is not guaranteed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at shipping@buzz-bars.com. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.

Do you offer local pickup?

No, all orders must be shipped with age verification. We do not offer in-person pickup for compliance and security reasons.
