PURCHASE AGREEMENT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding purchase agreement and usage contract between you (“Purchaser,” “User,” or “you”) and Buzz Bars (“Seller,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). This document specifically governs transactional terms, purchase conditions, and product usage requirements.

1.1 Agreement Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Buzz Bars website (https://buzz-bars.com), all product usage, and any related transactions. This document works in conjunction with but focuses specifically on purchase terms, whereas our Terms of Service covers broader website usage.
1.2 Key Definitions

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
4.1 Shipping Methods and Timing
We ship via carriers that comply with age verification requirements. Standard shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping options include:

4.2 Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments.
4.3 Delivery Issues
If you are not available to sign for delivery, the carrier will typically make two additional attempts before returning the package to us. Returned packages may be subject to restocking fees. Failed delivery due to incorrect address information will result in additional shipping charges for re-shipment.
Return, Refund, and Warranty Terms
RETURN RESTRICTIONS: Due to the nature of cannabis products and regulatory requirements, returns are strictly limited to defective products covered under our warranty. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.
5.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for:
- Defective products (covered under warranty)
- Incorrect items shipped (our error)
- Damaged during shipping (carrier claims)
5.2 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for credit card purchases may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
5.3 Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are governed by our separate Warranty Policy. To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and follow the designated claims process.

Buzz Bars products are intended for personal use by adults 21 years or older in jurisdictions where such use is legal. You agree to:

- Not modify or alter products in any way

6.2 Health and Safety Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and agree that:

- You are responsible for understanding your tolerance and limits
- Buzz Bars is not liable for misuse or adverse reactions
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 Product Liability Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZ BARS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO PRODUCTS OR PURCHASES IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
7.2 Consequential Damages Exclusion
IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZ BARS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO PRODUCT USE.
7.3 Product “As Is” Disclaimer
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
General Contractual Provisions
8.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzz Bars regarding purchases and product usage.
8.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
8.3 Modification Rights
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued purchases after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
8.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
